Q: When is the next Nick’s Marathon?

A: Our 2026 video game marathon kicks off at 8pm ET on Friday, December 4, continuing through 8pm on Sunday, December 6.

Q: What do you do with the donations you receive?

A: Nick’s Marathon has raised a great deal of money for Ronald McDonald House Long Island. We have outfitted their game room with new gaming systems, including several Nintendo Switch 2s, an Xbox Series X, a PlayStation 5, as well as a wide variety of games and accessories. We are currently raising money for a dedicated gaming nook at the Stony Brook Ronald McDonald House, scheduled to open in 2027.

Q: What do people see during the Marathon?

A: You’ll see a live feed of a group of friends playing video games and having fun.

Q: What games do you play?

A: We tend to play multiplayer games, since there’s a bunch of us! Our favorites are co-op games, where we work together towards a common goal. If there’s something you’d like to see us play, or a game you’d like to play with us, let us know!

Q. Have you guys done this before?

A: Click here and make a tax-deductible donation securely and simply.

Q: OK, I’ve contributed to the cause, but I want to do more to help you guys. What else can I do?
